Festival Náutico de Cartagena 2026

The Festival Nautico is one of the main events of Cartagena's November independence celebrations, which mark the city's declaration of independence from Spain on 11 November 1811. The 2026 edition takes place on 13 and 14 November. The format is unusual and a bit brilliant: a concert stage is set up beside Calle del Arsenal in Getsemani, facing the Bahia de las Animas, so the audience watches from two directions at once. Thousands gather along the street and the waterfront, while a flotilla of yachts, lanchas and party boats rafts up in the bay directly in front of the stage. The concert is free from shore; getting a spot on the water means renting a boat or booking a place on a shared one. Colombian media have reported names like Grupo Niche, Silvestre Dangond, Nicky Jam and Ryan Castro for 2026. The city government runs the festival as part of the official Fiestas de Noviembre programme.
