These terms govern your use of the World Sailing Day events platform at events.worldsailingday.org, operated by World Sailing Day Organisation Ltd., First Floor, 1 Des Roches Square, Witan Way, Witney, OX28 4BE Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. By using the platform or creating an account you agree to these terms.

The platform

The platform is a free directory of sailing events, yacht clubs, marinas, maritime museums, sailing schools and related places worldwide. We do not sell tickets and are not the organizer of listed events — participation, registration and payment are always handled directly by the respective organizer.

Listings & acceptable use

Organizers may submit event listings; anyone may suggest corrections to place listings. You confirm that content you submit is accurate and that you have the right to publish it. Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful content, impersonation, disruption of the service or scraping of personal data.

Liability & law

The platform is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the current version is always published on this page and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
