Marina De Vrijhaven
Location: Stuartweg 4k, Vianen, Netherlands
Jachthaven De Vrijhaven opened in 2015 as a recreational marina on the Merwedekanaal at Vianen, close to the point where the canal meets the river Lek. The harbour offers around 80 berths for boats of varied sizes, with more than 30 places along the left jetty for yachts up to 12 metres and larger vessels from 13 metres assigned to the right jetty. Every berth has electricity and water. Shore facilities include toilets, showers, a washing machine and dryer and an outdoor kitchen, and permanent berth holders can borrow tools. Its central position in the Netherlands makes it a practical base for trips on the Lek and the Merwede.
