International Charter Expo (ICE)

The International Charter Expo, usually just called ICE, is the largest B2B trade fair in the yacht charter industry. The 2026 edition runs 11-13 November at EXPO Greater Amsterdam in Vijfhuizen, just outside the city. Founded in 2015, ICE brings together more than 1,500 participants from over 50 countries: fleet operators, charter brokers, tour operators, shipyards and service providers. The format is built around meetings rather than browsing. Through the Handshake matchmaking system, attendees pre-arrange appointments up to a month in advance, and across three days the show generates more than 20,000 scheduled meetings. Coverage spans the whole charter market, from sailing yachts, catamarans and motor yachts to gulets and mini cruisers. There is no public admission and nothing is aimed at holidaymakers. If you book charters, manage a fleet or build boats for one, this is where much of next season's business gets agreed, one twenty-minute meeting at a time.
