Jachthaven Sneekerhof

Jachthaven Sneekerhof sits directly on the Sneekermeer, one of the busiest sailing lakes in Friesland, with the village of Terherne across the water. Iwan and Mirjam de Jong have run the harbour for close to fifteen years and keep it in good order, with recently renovated jetties, a modern sanitary building and a children's playground ashore. Guest moorings come with electricity and water, and the on-site Eetcafe 't Sluske serves boaters through the season. The business also offers winter storage and houseboat rental, which makes it a versatile stop for crews touring the Frisian lakes.
