Jachthaven Reiderhaven
Location: Hoofdstraat 9, Beerta, Netherlands
Jachthaven Reiderhaven lies on the Oldambtmeer at Beerta in eastern Groningen, on the edge of the Blauwestad development and about a kilometre from the Blauwediepsluis, which connects to the Winschoterdiep. The harbour has roughly 130 to 150 fixed berths plus visitor places. Pontoons have water and electricity. Ashore there is a toilet building with modern showers, a wastewater pump-out, a trailer ramp and a rinsing area. For winter the yard offers over 5,000 square metres of indoor storage and a similar area outdoors. The Oldambtmeer is a young lake with beaches and new waterfront villages; the surrounding Oldambt countryside is flat, open farmland typical of this corner of Groningen.
