Maritime Tage Bremerhaven 2026

Date: 12 August 2026 – 16 August 2026

Location: Neue Hafen / Havenwelten, Bremerhaven, Germany

Organizer: Erlebnis Bremerhaven GmbH

Maritime Tage is Bremerhaven's big summer harbour festival, held at the Neuer Hafen from 12 to 16 August 2026 and organised by Erlebnis Bremerhaven. Around 400,000 visitors are expected over the five days, and admission to the grounds is free, no ticket required. The core of the event is the ships. Tall ships and special-purpose vessels berth in the Neuer Hafen, among them the green-hulled barque Alexander von Humboldt II in her home port, plus returning favourites from Bremerhaven's SAIL festivals such as the Spanish Nao Victoria, a replica of Magellan's ship, and the Pascual Flores. Many run open-ship visits, and there are day sails out on the Weser for anyone who wants more than a look from the quay. Around the basin there are stages with live music, food stands and maritime exhibits. It is a classic north German harbour festival, and the ships are the point.
