Organizer: Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Utara (Pemkab Halut)

Annual cultural festival organized by the Halmahera Utara Regency Government. Features traditional dances, music, and cultural performances of the Tobelo and Hibualamo coastal indigenous communities. Held at Lapangan Hibualamo (Hibualamo Cultural House), Tobelo. Tobelo is a coastal city on the eastern coast of Halmahera Island, North Maluku. The Tobelo people are historically a seafaring community.
