Aalsmeer Maritiem
Location: Oosteinderweg 125a, Aalsmeer, Netherlands
Aalsmeer Maritiem is a small full-service marina on the Ringvaart in Aalsmeer, between the Nieuwe Meer and the Westeinderplassen. For boats coming from Amsterdam, Haarlem or Amstelveen it is the first harbour on this route, which makes it a practical base for the Westeinder lake district. The yard side of the business handles engine service, antifouling, polyester repair, cleaning, ship carpentry and sail repair, and an 8-tonne column crane lifts boats for maintenance. There are 2,650 square metres of covered winter storage. Alongside the standard moorings the marina has 15 recreational berths, each with its own jetty and a small garden plot with picnic table and shed. Aalsmeer village, known for its flower auction, lies close by.
