Jachthaven Steenbergen
Location: Havenpad 1, Steenbergen, Netherlands
Jachthaven Steenbergen lies at the head of the Steenbergse Vliet, the small river that winds from the Volkerak into the centre of this west Brabant town. The harbour offers around 100 moorings with a maximum draught of roughly 2.40 metres, and berth holders and visitors have use of toilets, showers, electricity and drinking water. Its town-centre position means shops, cafes and restaurants are a short stroll from the pontoons, a rarity among the region's more rural harbours. The Vliet itself is a pleasant, sheltered approach from the open water of the Volkerak, which in turn connects to the wider Zeeland delta and the Hollands Diep.
