The glisse windsurf ranking of the Ligue de Bourgogne Franche-Comté de Voile, open across the 2026 season from mid-March to the end of December. Glisse covers slalom-style windsurf racing, boards that need real breeze to work, which makes an inland league an interesting proposition: Burgundy and Franche-Comté sail entirely on lakes, and a slalom day only happens when the weather cooperates. The league has form here. Its windsurf championship has been raced at the Base de Voile on the lake at Vaivre-et-Montoille near Vesoul, with entries split into divisions such as Formule 42 and Fire Race 120. As with other championnats de ligue in the FFVoile system, this is a cumulative classification: sailors collect results at club regattas around the region and the standings close on 31 December. FFVoile runs national glisse titles, and regional rankings like this one are where selection campaigns usually start.
