WSV Wolphaartsdijk

Location: Zandkreekweg 4a, Wolphaartsdijk, Netherlands

Watersportvereniging Wolphaartsdijk, founded in March 1961, is one of the largest sailing clubs on the Veerse Meer, with around 480 berths and more than 900 members at its harbour on the Zandkreekweg near Wolphaartsdijk. Very much a family club, it runs youth sailing, racing and a busy social calendar from its clubhouse Het Oorlam, and members benefit from a crane, winter storage and workshop space. The tide-free Veerse Meer is ideal for dinghies and small keelboats, while the Zandkreek lock gives quick access to the tidal Oosterschelde National Park. Visitors are welcomed at the harbour office in season.
