Botany Bay Yacht Club
Location: Endeavour Street, Sans Souci, NSW, Australia
Botany Bay Yacht Club was founded in 1964 and sits at 44 Endeavour Street, Sans Souci, on the shores of Kogarah Bay. The member-run, not-for-profit club races a mixed fleet of keelboats and sports boats on the enclosed, uncrowded waters of Botany Bay, Kogarah Bay and the Georges River. An active cruising division schedules events on the last Sunday of each month, and newcomers can get afloat through the SailPass programme. The clubhouse and bar open on Friday evenings and Saturdays, and on Sundays after scheduled cruises. Australian Sailing affiliation underpins a proud history of keelboat and sports boat racing.
