Batemans Bay Sailing Club

Location: Beach Road, Batemans Bay, NSW, Australia

Batemans Bay Sailing Club was founded in 1974 and operates from a clubhouse behind the western end of Corrigans Beach, reached via Hanging Rock Place on the New South Wales south coast. Members race keelboats on Batemans Bay in the Bay Cup and Coastal Cup series and the Toll Gate Classic, sail Friday night twilights on the Clyde River, and take off-the-beach dinghies to Coila Lake near Tuross Head. A winter series runs from May to August, a women's series broadens the programme, and a two-day regatta is held over the Anzac Day weekend. Mast-up boat storage sits 200 metres from the Hanging Rock ramp, and visiting keelboats can use Batemans Bay Marina.
