Manly Sailing

Manly Sailing is a family-run sailing school based at water level in the Manly Yacht Club building on East Esplanade, a four-minute walk from Manly Wharf on Sydney's northern beaches. It teaches Australian Sailing keelboat courses, starting with the two-day Start Crewing course and moving on to Start Helming and advanced sail training, with a maximum of four students per boat. The training fleet consists of 24-foot purpose-built keelboats, among them Aqualuna, Equinox and Supernova, and the ketch Southwinds is used for charters. The school also runs holiday courses for kids and teens, school sailing programmes, corporate events and guided kayak tours from Manly Cove.
