Rotterdam Marina
Location: Rotterdam, Netherlands
Rotterdam Marina lies at the tip of the Kop van Zuid in the heart of Rotterdam, on the Nieuwe Maas with the Erasmus Bridge skyline as a backdrop. The modern harbour takes vessels from 5 to 50 metres at wide pontoons with room to manoeuvre, and supplies electricity, water, WiFi and sanitary facilities, plus a fuel station on site. It forms part of the Jachthavengroep alongside sister harbours in Amsterdam, Medemblik and Stellendam, an arrangement that lets annual berth holders moor at any of the four. The harbourmaster answers on VHF channel 31. From the berths, the tidal Maas leads seaward past Europoort or inland towards Dordrecht and the delta, with the city centre on the doorstep.
