Marina Herkingen

Location: Kaaidijk 29, Herkingen, Netherlands

Marina Herkingen lies on the Grevelingenmeer at the village of Herkingen on Goeree-Overflakkee. The Grevelingen is tideless salt water, closed off from the North Sea by the Brouwersdam, and is a favoured area for sailing and diving. The harbour has 400 berths, including dedicated visitor places, and has flown the Blue Flag since 1997. The approach channel is narrow and limits draft to 2.10 metres. Ashore there are free showers and drinking water, WiFi across the harbour, a restaurant, a watersports shop, bicycle rental and a crane. Children get a playground, a football field, a dinghy training area and spots for crab fishing.
