Sydney Boat Show

The Sydney Boat Show runs 30 July to 2 August 2026 at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, owned and run by the Boating Industry Association. This is the land-based edition of Sydney's boating calendar, focused on trailer boats, fishing, marine electronics and lifestyle gear rather than big yachts; the larger vessels get their own event, the Sydney International On-Water Boat Show at Darling Harbour in November. The 2026 program leans heavily into fishing: masterclasses and tackle talks from well-known Australian anglers, a Supertank with live fishing demonstrations, free Shimano reel servicing, and Catch 'N Cook sessions with chef Paul Burt on the main stage. V8 super boats, food trucks and live music round out the site. For anyone shopping for a tinnie, a bowrider or a tow vehicle full of tackle, this is the most concentrated few days of the year in New South Wales.
