Salone Nautico Venezia runs from 26 to 30 May 2027 at the Arsenale, the medieval shipyard complex where the Venetian Republic once built its war fleet. The venue is the draw here. Few boat shows anywhere can put exhibitors in centuries-old brick sheds and moor yachts in historic basins connected to the lagoon. The 2027 event is the eighth edition of the modern show, and its dates were announced as the 2026 edition opened. The programme mixes motor yachts, sailing boats, tenders and marine technology, with a growing focus on electric propulsion and sustainable boating, a natural theme for a city that lives with the consequences of its waterways every day. Visitors reach the show by vaporetto or on foot through the Castello district. If you are in northern Italy in late May, this is one of the more atmospheric ways to see what the industry is building.
