The Monaco Yacht Show is the superyacht industry's main annual marketplace. For four days Port Hercule fills with around 120 large yachts, from 25 metres to well over 100, many fresh from the yard. The 2026 edition, running 23 to 26 September, is expected to include more than 40 boats delivered this year. This is not a regatta and it is not really aimed at casual browsers. Tickets are expensive and the docks are dense with brokers, builders, designers and buyers doing business, with over 500 exhibitors and roughly 30,000 visitors across the show. That said, for anyone curious about the top end of yachting there is nowhere better to see this much tonnage in one harbour, along with the tenders, toys and design studios shaping what gets launched next. Monaco in late September is also simply pleasant: warm water, mild evenings and the whole principality tuned to the event.
