Monaco Smart & Sustainable Marina Rendezvous

The Monaco Smart & Sustainable Marina Rendezvous is a business gathering rather than a regatta. Around 250 marina developers, yachting executives, startups and eco-technology firms meet at the Yacht Club de Monaco to work out what the marina of the future should look like. The sixth edition runs on 20 and 21 September 2026, organised by M3 Monaco, a consultancy specialised in marina and yacht club development, with support from the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation among other partners. New for 2026 is the launch of the S3 Smart & Sustainable Standard, a label intended to certify marinas on sustainability, innovation and operations. The event's annual architecture competition asks professionals and students to design the sustainable transformation of a real site, this year Opatija Marina in Croatia, including a multifunctional marina hub and a sailing school linked to a marine biodiversity centre. Since its launch in 2021 the Rendezvous has become the main international forum in this niche.
