71st edition of the Koi-Ryu (Love Dragon) Festival combined with Minamata Port Festival. Held at Ecopark Minamata on the shores of Minamata Bay — a bay that became a symbol of environmental recovery after the Minamata disease tragedy. The festival celebrates the bay's revival and maritime community.
