Annual one-day coastal seafood festival in Bluff at the southern tip of New Zealand's South Island, opened with the ceremonial piping of a Bluff oyster onto the site and the Ode To The Oyster. Features oyster-opening and oyster-eating races, Pacific Island drumming and Kapa Haka performances, plus regional seafood (blue cod, paua, muttonbird).
