Port Macquarie Yacht Club
Location: 1 Buller Street, Port Macquarie, NSW, Australia
Port Macquarie Yacht Club races on the Hastings River and offshore along the New South Wales mid north coast, with starts timed around the tides and the river bar. Sunday racing runs throughout the year and Thursday twilight point score races fill the daylight saving months. The annual programme includes an inshore regatta, a two-day offshore regatta and two offshore trophy weekends with overnight stops at Camden Haven. The fleet spans deep keel offshore yachts to trailer yachts, and all boats undergo annual Category 4 or 7 equipment audits. The club operates from the Port Macquarie Sailing Club premises and is affiliated with Australian Sailing through Yachting NSW.
