Hobsons Bay Yacht Club

Hobsons Bay Yacht Club has served the Williamstown community since 1888. From its clubhouse on the Hobsons Bay waterfront the club runs keelboat and dinghy racing, along with a youth keelboat squad and a radio-controlled fleet. Learn-to-sail programmes welcome participants of all ages and abilities, and volunteers remain central to how the club operates. Cruising sits alongside racing in the annual calendar for members who prefer relaxed days on Port Phillip. The bar opens on Wednesday and Friday evenings and through weekend afternoons in winter, and the clubhouse can be booked for functions. The office is staffed on weekdays.
