Manly Sailing

Location: East Esplanade, Manly, New South Wales, Australia

Established in 2012, Manly Sailing operates from the ground floor of Manly Yacht Club on East Esplanade, a few steps from the Manly ferry wharf. The school runs Australian Sailing crew courses and NSW boat licence training alongside kids' programmes and holiday camps, with lessons taught on small teaching boats close to shore. The flagship Southwinds is a classic yacht built in 1950 to a Sir Robert Clarke design, planked in Huon pine on spotted gum ribs, and hosts private charters and champagne cruises on the harbour. Kayak tours and corporate events round out the offer, and the business holds a five-star average across more than 270 Google reviews.
