Rivergate Marina & Shipyard
Location: 7 Rivergate Place, Murarrie, Queensland, Australia
Rivergate Marina & Shipyard occupies a bend of the Brisbane River at Murarrie, roughly ten kilometres downstream of the city centre and a short run in from Moreton Bay. The marina offers 105 deep-water berths and can take vessels of 80 metres and more alongside, with a 24-hour fuel wharf on site. The shipyard runs 300 tonne and 75 tonne travel lifts, a 55-metre refit shed, extensive hardstand and more than 20 marine trades, and completes around 500 haul-outs a year. A council-approved 200 million dollar expansion will add a 3,000 tonne shiplift for vessels to 90 metres ahead of the 2032 Brisbane Olympics.
