Metung Marina

Location: Metung, Victoria, Australia

Metung Marina fronts Bancroft Bay on the main road into Metung, the old boating village on the Gippsland Lakes in eastern Victoria. East Gippsland Shire Council owns and operates the facility, which provides 120 wet berths from 9 to 14 metres plus 24 dry berths, with temporary moorings arranged for stays of one week to three months as space allows. Jetties carry power and water behind secured access gates, and shore facilities include toilets, showers, laundry, foreshore parking, a boat ramp with washdown area and a crane. A slop hopper and pump-out lie close by. The village pub, shops and public jetties are a short stroll away, and the lakes offer protected cruising in almost any weather.
