Sail Ningaloo
Location: Madaffari Drive, Coral Bay, Western Australia, Australia
Sail Ningaloo runs fully crewed live-aboard cruises on the Ningaloo Reef, a World Heritage site off the Western Australian coast. Departures leave from Coral Bay aboard Shore Thing, a purpose-built Roger Hill sailing catamaran of 51 feet with a 27-foot beam that takes a maximum of eight to ten guests. Itineraries range from a three-night snorkel and dive getaway through five-night escapes to seven-night humpback whale and whale shark safaris and an eight-night Ultimate Ningaloo voyage. Private charters can be arranged. The company holds Quality Tourism Australia accreditation and pitches its trips as boutique, eco-conscious exploration of the reef with guided snorkelling throughout.
