Keppel Bay Marina
Location: Waterline Way, Rosslyn Bay, Queensland, Australia
Keppel Bay Marina occupies the sheltered Rosslyn Bay Boat Harbour beneath the volcanic plug of Double Head, about seven minutes south of Yeppoon on Queensland's Capricorn Coast. It is the principal departure point for Great Keppel Island and the reefs of the southern Great Barrier Reef, with ferries and charter boats based in the harbour. The marina provides around 500 floating berths for vessels up to 45 metres, with power, water, fuel, laundry, showers, a general store and chandlery ashore. A 40 tonne boat lift and local trades cover most repair work, and the Waterline restaurant and cafe overlooks the basin. A courtesy car and bus assist visiting crews.
