The Discover Boating Minneapolis Boat Show runs 21 to 24 January 2027 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. It is Minnesota's largest boat show and has been running for more than 50 years, which tracks for a state that markets itself on 10,000 lakes. More than 200 exhibitors fill the halls with hundreds of new boats across the price range, from fishing boats and pontoons to wakeboats and cruisers, plus docks, lifts, engines and gear. The show leans practical: dealers are there to sell for the coming season, and there is DIY and maintenance advice alongside family activities. Hours run from noon to 8pm on Thursday and Friday, 10am to 8pm Saturday, and 10am to 5pm Sunday. If you boat anywhere in the Upper Midwest, this is the midwinter event where the industry gathers and next summer's decisions get made.
