The Carlingford Lough Yacht Club (CLYC) at Killowen Point, Rostrevor, Co. Down — established 1958 on Carlingford Lough between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland — holds its annual Open Day with free taster sails, slipway and clubhouse tours, RYA junior and adult learn-to-sail information, and family activities. CLYC is RYA-NI affiliated and runs a junior dinghy programme alongside cruiser racing on the Lough.
