Centuries-old Taoist festival on Cheung Chau island honouring Pak Tai (god of the sea), held on the eighth day of the fourth lunar month (24 May 2026, Buddha's Birthday). Maritime elements include the Piu Sik floating-children parade through the fishing village, the bun towers and the bun-scrambling competition; precedes a sea blessing for fishermen.
