Vaarschool.be (RYA Training Centre)

Vaarschool.be is a Belgian boating school and a recognised RYA Training Centre for shorebased theory and motor cruising courses, one of only a few in Belgium. It prepares students for the Belgian stuurbrevet and offers an RYA path for those who want to go further, including online theory courses for RYA Day Skipper and Yachtmaster. The company, Vaarschool BV, is registered in Wommelgem near Antwerp and teaches at several locations, among them Ghent, Leuven, Herentals, the De Nekker provincial domain in Mechelen and Wemeldinge on the tidal Oosterschelde in the Netherlands. The programme runs from first licence theory to advanced navigation, with courses in Dutch and some in English.
