Jachthaven 't Starteiland
Location: Kolmarslan 1, Offingawier, Netherlands
Jachthaven 't Starteiland occupies Kolmeersland, an island in the Sneekermeer off Offingawier that serves as the traditional race centre of the Sneekweek regatta. Stichting Skarsweagen manages the moorings with a resident harbour master, and the KWS sailing club of Sneek is closely involved; the island can only be reached by ferry or by boat. More than 400 berths are spread across three harbours with around 1.90 metres of depth, and deeper-draught yachts are directed to the southern basin via the Kolmeersgat. A central harbour building houses showers and laundry machines, and jetties carry electricity and drinking water, with pump-out facilities available. A restaurant and playground complete the island, and visitor rates in 2026 are 1.85 euros per metre per night.
