Jachthaven 't Drijfhuis

Location: Uiterweg 263, Aalsmeer, Netherlands

Jachthaven 't Drijfhuis lies on the Uiterweg in Aalsmeer, directly on the Westeinderplassen, one of the largest inland lakes in the Randstad. The harbour has more than 350 summer berths with water and electricity, plus shower and toilet buildings. A five-tonne crane, fuel sales, an environmentally certified wash-down area and covered sheds for winter storage cover most maintenance needs. Brasserie de Haven, a restaurant on the waterfront, sits within the harbour grounds. The harbour masters are Coen, Bart and Martin Eveleens, and the business has a family character. From the berths boats reach open water on the Westeinder in minutes, with day moorings and supply jetties around the lake.
