Jachthaven Muyeveld
Location: Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk 270, Loosdrecht, Netherlands
Jachthaven Muyeveld has operated from the Nieuw-Loosdrechtsedijk since 1933 and lies on the Derde Plas, in the middle of the Loosdrechtse lake system. It is a deliberately small-scale harbour with summer berths for cabin yachts, motor cruisers and sloops between 5 and 12 metres, plus winter storage ashore. The yard carries out maintenance work itself, from paintwork and welding to propeller changes, which sets it apart from berth-only harbours on the lakes. The position on the third lake gives quick access to open water while it stays clear of the busiest traffic off Oud-Loosdrecht.
