Jachthaven Middenmeer

Location: Zuiderzeeweg 2d, Middenmeer, Netherlands

Jachthaven Middenmeer lies in the former Zuiderzee polder of the Wieringermeer, at the junction of waterways that run towards Medemblik, Alkmaar and Schagen. The jetties have water, electricity and lighting, and the harbour building houses showers, toilets, a launderette and a cafe. There is a waste water station, a disposal point for chemical toilets, a canoe jetty and a launch ramp for small boats. Ashore the site offers WiFi, a playground, 14 hardstanding camper pitches and, since 2024, two trekkers' huts. Visitor moorings cost around 1.60 euros per metre per night. The village of Middenmeer, with shops and restaurants, is within walking distance, and the flat polder roads suit cycling.
