Jachthaven Meerewijck

Jachthaven Meerewijck is the harbour of the Meerewijck bungalow parks on the edge of Leimuiden, on the Ringvaart of the Haarlemmermeer just south of the Westeinderplassen. Each bungalow in the two parks has its own mooring in the inner harbour, and the association also lets boxes of 3.65 by 10 metres with finger jetties and shore connections for power and water. The harbour has an open connection to the Ringvaart, so boats reach the Westeinderplassen in one direction and the Braassemermeer in the other without locks. It is run by a residents' association rather than a commercial operator, and berths for outsiders are limited; availability and rates go through the park management.
