Jachthaven Marina Rijnsburg

Jachthaven Marina Rijnsburg sits on the Oude Rijn at Rijnsburg in the municipality of Katwijk, a short cruise from Leiden and the mouth of the old Rhine at Katwijk. With roughly 250 berths in the water, arranged in boxes of varied lengths and widths for craft large and small, it ranks among the bigger harbours in the area, and demand is strong enough that a waiting list operates for fixed moorings. Pontoons carry electricity and water points, and berth holders use the showers and toilets free of charge. A dinghy dock and slipway serve smaller boats, and sloop hire runs from the site. The Kagerplassen, Leiden's canals and the Westeinderplassen all lie within easy reach.
