Jachthaven Langweerderwielen

Location: Wielenlaan 19, Boornzwaag, Netherlands

Jachthaven Langweerderwielen lies at Wielenlaan 19 in Boornzwaag, on the Langweerderwielen lake in the middle of the Frisian lake district, just across the water from the old village of Langweer. The harbour has 90 fixed berths plus 30 berths suitable for visitors. The operation also rents out sloops and small motorboats that need no licence, which makes it a common starting point for day trips on the lakes. Overnight mooring for passing boats is available, and a small ferry carries cyclists across the water on a marked cycling route. From the berths the Sneekermeer, the Koevordermeer and the wider Frisian network are all within a short sail. Langweer itself has shops, restaurants and a protected village centre.
