Jachthaven Hunzegat Zoutkamp

Location: Strandweg 17, Zoutkamp, Netherlands

Haven Hunzegat sits at Strandweg 17 in the former fishing village of Zoutkamp, on the southern edge of the Lauwersmeer. The harbour counts about 250 berths at floating pontoons with electricity, plus fresh water on the main dock and B pier and a diesel fuel berth. From the basin, crews reach the Zoutkamperril, the Reitdiep towards Groningen, the Hunsingokanaal and De Lauwers, while the Robbengat lock opens the way through the Lauwersmeer to the UNESCO-listed Wadden Sea. Shore services run deep for the harbour's size: a watersports shop, a mast-making workshop, work-tent hire and winter storage handled by a mobile telescopic crane rated to 15 tonnes.
