Jachthaven Het Steel, run by Steelhaven B.V., occupies a sheltered basin off the Maas at Voorstad Sint Jacob 158 in Roermond, around seven minutes on foot from the city centre. The harbour offers roughly 250 berths on modern floating pontoons with direct access to the Maasplassen, the chain of gravel-pit lakes that forms Limburg's principal cruising area. Its standout feature is storage capacity: more than 8,000 square metres under cover and over 15,000 square metres outside make it the largest winter storage operation in the southern Netherlands. The yard handles maintenance, repairs, paintwork and boat carpentry, and is a HISWA-recognised business. Waste water pump-out is available; there is no fuel berth.
