Jachthaven Gebr. van Enkhuizen
Location: Strânwei 11, Makkum, Netherlands
Gebroeders van Enkhuizen, founded in 1992, combines a shipyard and marina on the Makkumer Zuidwaard at Stranwei 11, in the first dock behind the municipal marina as seen from the IJsselmeer. The harbour holds 35 berths, each with shore power and boardable from either side, backed by showers, toilets, a laundry with washer and dryer and free wifi. The yard builds custom motorboats and sailing yachts in steel and aluminium, is one of the largest official Yanmar dealers in the Netherlands, and runs covered winter storage with a 40 tonne crane that lifts vessels of up to 17 metres with the mast standing.
