Jachthaven Deinum
Location: Troch de Koer, Deinum, Netherlands
Deinum has a small village harbor just west of Leeuwarden, off the Van Harinxmakanaal, the main commercial waterway between Harlingen and Leeuwarden. The harbor is recent and modest: it has 14 permanent berths and 3 guest places, with electricity and drinking water at the jetties. The harbor is managed from within the village rather than by a commercial operator, and there is also a free public mooring along the Van Harinxmakanaal nearby. Deinum itself is a compact Frisian village, known for the onion-shaped spire on its church tower, with a railway station on the Leeuwarden line. This is a stop for small boats and passing crews, not a service marina; there is no fuel, crane or winter storage.
