Jachthaven De Zwaan

Location: De Zwaan 4, Woudsend, Netherlands

Jachthaven De Zwaan is a small family harbour in Woudsend on the Welle, the channel that links the Heegermeer and the Slotermeer through the heart of the Frisian lake district. The marina rents fixed berths only, 19 in total, in boxes up to 17 by 5.5 metres, so it is not a guest harbour. Every box has a finger jetty with an electricity connection and two water points serve the site; there are no sanitary facilities. An insulated shed provides winter storage. Berth holders value the open, bridge-free run onto both lakes and the short walk into Woudsend with its historic windmill and village amenities.
