Jachthaven De Vioolsleutel
Location: Buitenkerkerweg 7a, Amsterdam, Netherlands
Jachthaven De Vioolsleutel has operated since 1960 on the Binnen-IJ at the Zuiderzeeweg in Amsterdam-Noord. The location is practical for cruisers: about fifteen minutes by boat to the city centre, five minutes to the Oranjesluizen and roughly ten minutes to open IJsselmeer water via the Buiten-IJ. Berths run from about 4 to 20 metres, with 16 amp shore power and 24 hour key card access. The grounds are lit and under permanent camera surveillance. An on-site workshop handles engine and maintenance work and can hoist boats up to 7.5 tonnes by appointment. Winter storage is offered in the water, outside on secured land or inside a dry shed.
