Jachthaven de Langstraat
Location: Scharlo 6, Waspik, Netherlands
Jachthaven de Langstraat is a quiet, well-sheltered harbour on the Oude Maasje at Waspik in Noord-Brabant, just off the Bergsche Maas. Formerly known as 't Oude Maasje, the club-run marina offers around 175 permanent berths and a handful of guest places, together with winter storage. It sits conveniently close to the A59 yet feels rural, with Waspik village a ten-minute walk away. By water the wilderness of the Biesbosch National Park lies some twelve kilometres downstream, while the fortified town of Heusden is a similar distance upriver, making the harbour a sensible base for exploring Brabant's river country. Waalwijk and the Loonse en Drunense Duinen are close by bicycle.
