Jachthaven De Koggeplaet
Location: Mardijk 3, Elahuizen, Netherlands
De Koggeplaet is the harbor of a holiday park at Elahuizen in southwest Friesland, directly on De Fluessen, which together with the adjoining Heegermeer forms the largest lake in the province. The sheltered basin has around 140 berths for boats of 7 to 12 meters, plus quay places for vessels up to roughly 20 meters. Since the 2022 season the harbor is reserved for permanent berth holders and park guests; passing boats can no longer stop for the night. The surrounding Recreatiepark De Koggeplaet consists of about 70 lake houses, harbor studios and cottages, and berth holders share the park's facilities. The setting is open and quiet, with direct access to some of the best flat-water sailing in Friesland.
