Jachthaven De Kluft
Location: Hoogeweg 26, Ossenzijl, Netherlands
Jachthaven De Kluft belongs to Recreatiecentrum De Kluft at Ossenzijl, on the northern edge of the Weerribben-Wieden National Park where Overijssel meets Friesland. The family-run recreation centre combines holiday accommodation and a campsite with a small harbour that takes sloops and open boats up to about six metres, and berths can be booked alongside a stay. From the moorings the reed-fringed canals and shallow lakes of the Weerribben open up directly, one of the finest areas in the Netherlands for quiet small-boat cruising, canoeing and nature watching. The village of Ossenzijl, with shops and boat hire, lies within walking distance of the site at Hoogeweg 26.
